Do I need a visa or passport?

A passport valid at least 6 months after your return date is enough. For stays under 90 days, most nationalities (EU, UK, Canada, US…) don't need a visa for Colombia.

Is yoga included?

The sports program (HIIT, strength, boxing, intervals, stretching, the Friday Phoenix Hike, the 1% Ritual) is fully included. Sunrise and sunset yoga and the 5 a.m. personal development sessions belong to the “Sun Appointments”: sessions led by independent teachers, at extra cost (~$55/session, paid on site — prices to be confirmed).

Can I come before the opening?

The Oasis opens on June 30, 2028 and the first stays start on July 1, 2028 — the calendar only offers those dates. Pre-booking now is worth it: you take your place among the first 100 Phoenix, lock in pre-opening prices and choose your departure window first, with no commitment and no payment.

Do I need to be fit already?

No. Every program adapts to your starting point during the day-one assessment. Beginners and advanced athletes train side by side, each at her own intensity.

Is it safe to travel to Colombia alone?

Vaccines and health: what should I plan?

Yellow fever vaccination is advised, and tetanus/hepatitis should be up to date — see your doctor 4-6 weeks before departure. Report any medical condition in your arrival form: coaching adapts.

What is the cancellation policy?

During pre-opening, conditions are deliberately flexible: free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, free rescheduling to another date. The team confirms details with every booking.

How does payment work?

No online payment yet: your booking is saved as “pending” and the team contacts you to confirm and arrange payment (transfer or card). Secure online payment is coming soon.

What should I pack?

What languages does the team speak?

The Oasis team speaks French, English and Spanish. Sessions and workshops are run in the languages of the group present.

I'm coming alone: will I fit in?

The vast majority of participants arrive alone — that's the spirit of the place. Talking circles, partner training and shared tables create bonds from day one, without ever forcing anything.

What's the weather like in Rivera?

Warm all year round: 25-32°C during the day, mild evenings around 20°C. Short tropical showers are possible — they're part of Huila's charm.

Why only one type of bungalow?

Because equality is part of the Phoenix experience. Every Amazon lives in the same bungalow: no categories, no upgrades, the same quality for all. What changes is the occupancy you choose: alone (My cocoon), shared (In sisterhood) or as a pair (shared double bed).

Can I come alone and share?

Yes — it's even the reference option. “In sisterhood”, you share the bungalow with another Amazon (two single beds). The team pairs roommates with care and introduces yours in the Circle of Amazons before arrival: many leave with a friend for life.

Can we come as a pair?

Of course: friend, sister, mother-daughter or couple. With the “Together” occupancy, you share the large double bed of the same bungalow and enjoy the gentlest per-person price. Just provide your companion's details when booking.
