Data collected
Bookings: name, email, dates, options. Arrival form: flight, dietary requirements, voluntarily declared health information. Participant space: sign-in email, journal entries. Contact forms: name, email, message.
Use
This data is used solely to organize your retreat, adapt your care and answer your messages. No selling or sharing with third parties. Health information is visible only to the coaching team.
Cookies
The site only uses strictly functional cookies: language preference, chosen currency and member-area session. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no external analytics.
Retention
Booking data is kept for 3 years after your last stay. Requests without follow-up (contact, pre-booking, gift, investors): 3 years after the last exchange. Phoenix letter: until you unsubscribe. Journal entries belong to you: deleted on simple request.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection: write to contact@foundationphoenix.org, or use the contact form. We answer within one month. You may also contact the CNIL (France) or the SIC (Colombia).
