The Phoenix, the Earth, and a world first

Phoenix Initiative was born in Colombia from a simple conviction: sport transforms lives, and transformed lives transform the world. After years of getting whole communities moving — in gyms, in the streets, up to the collective 2026 World Cup challenge — one thing became obvious: we needed a place.

That place is the Oasis. Thirty hectares in Rivera, Huila, with six waterfalls, three freshwater springs and a thermal spring. Land made extraordinarily alive by volcanic soil, chosen for a precise mission: to become the world's first center entirely dedicated to women's sports and transformational retreats.

The Phoenix in our logo wraps around the Earth in Colombia's colors: our country welcoming the world. The Oasis is designed for women from every continent and every level — those starting out, those coming back, those who never stopped. All move forward with the same philosophy: 1% better every day.

The project is carried by the Phoenix Initiative Colombia Foundation, based in Rivera, relayed in Europe by Fondation Phoenix Initiative France. Eco-bungalows, an open-air gym, a sanctuary, a healthy restaurant and, in time, a solar park: everything is built with respect for the land that carries us — and every stay funds sport and impact work for the region's children.
