Oasis and Foundation: understanding the connection
Two spaces working together: a closer look at the proposed funding model and commitments.
Phoenix Colombia × Fondation Phoenix Initiative Colombia

Phoenix brings together a women-only sports-stay project and social and environmental work in Huila. To understand their connection, distinguish the stay, the Foundation’s work and the information that will help readers follow that cooperation.
A stay designed to contribute
The announced model provides for 15% of every stay to go to the Phoenix Initiative Colombia Foundation. The shop also provides for a 15% contribution from paid items. At this stage, a stay pre-booking or a product request triggers no online payment.
Five pillars for understanding the work
The website presents five pillars: ecological restoration, responsible infrastructure, art, culture and education, well-being and healthy living, and media and outreach. These headings organise the work and the information published. The ambassadors support those pillars; they are not presented as former retreat participants.
A project still in preparation
Studies and preparation for the Oasis are under way. The announced opening is 30 June 2028. Project presentations should therefore be read with their dates, sources and status. An intention, a goal and a documented achievement are different kinds of information.
Keep reading and ask questions
The shared blog brings together perspectives from Phoenix Colombia and the Foundation. The Oasis Journal retains its own editorial line. Explore both, check progress and write to the team if you want to understand an action or propose a partnership.
