Rivera: prepare your stay, step by step

A departure often begins with a list of small questions. Which programme should you choose? When should you arrive? What should you confirm before looking for a flight? For a proposed Oasis stay, start by putting those steps in order.

Start with programme dates

The Oasis opening is announced for 30 June 2028. First stays are planned from 1 July, with programme departures on the 1st and 15th of each month. A pre-booking is a request without commitment or payment. It lets you share your preferences with the team; journey arrangements are then discussed together.

Include the transfer in the conversation

The Oasis is in Rivera, Huila. A return transfer from Neiva airport (NVA) is planned within the stay price. Arrival the previous day may be considered around the programme departure. Before choosing an itinerary, ask the team how your flight times and collection would fit together.

Pack for the programme you choose

Ask for the recommended clothing and equipment list for your programme and the season. A Phoenix polo and cap are planned on arrival. For additional items, the shop lets you submit a request; sizes, availability and delivery are confirmed separately.

Keep useful questions close

Prepare a short list: preferred dates, bungalow occupancy, connections to discuss, dietary needs and activity questions. The pre-booking form opens that conversation. It does not confirm a flight ticket or a firm reservation.
